Grantley Baugh is the founder of PlayerScout, a youth sport development platform helping players, parents and coaches better understand the areas that shape long-term development. His work focuses on player mindset, performance, development environments and helping more young people stay in sport.

Experience

Grantley has worked across professional and grassroots sport, including experience with Reading FC and Reading FC Women, and projects involving the Premier League, The FA and leading sports and consumer brands. He founded PlayerScout to give young players and the adults around them practical support beyond sport-specific coaching, covering mindset, physical development, nutrition and the wider development pathway.
