The ultimate footballer is a player with great stamina, strength, speed, power and flexibility. They have trained their body to maintain high levels of fitness throughout the season, whilst reducing the risk of injury. Each of our training programs is designed to achieve these goal.
While we have various programs specific to the phases of the season, we advise all players start with our Football Fitness Accelerator, as this will ensure you have a solid foundation of fitness and it will prepare your connective tissues for any of our future programs!
