The PlayerScout Complete Player is a player with great stamina, strength, speed and flexibility. They have trained their body to prevent injuries and maintain high levels of fitness throughout the season. Each of our training programs is designed to achieve this goal.
While we have various programs specific to periods of the season, we advise all players start with our 30 day football fitness challenge, as this will ensure you have a solid foundation of fitness and it will prepare your connective tissues for any of our future programs!
