Peter found it useful to keep track of his training and to improve his strength & conditioning, whilst also keeping track of his nutrition, sleep and recovery. He was also impressed with daily support & positive encouragement given to help his injury, when his program was modified to suit him. His best feature is the group chat and opportunity to ask questions. "I will definitely recommend and encourage for any aspiring footballer".
