The 7 Day Trial Program uses bodyweight exercises only. The workouts are designed to improve strength endurance and football fitness whilst helping you reduce your body fat %.
With the uncertainty of when competitive football will return, it is essential that you maintain fitness levels and limit any increases in body fat, as even small increases can have a detrimental effect on your performance, such as speed and jumping height.
By the end of this trial you will not only feel more energised, stronger and leaner, allowing you to hit the ground running in your next team training session or match. But you will also get an understanding how our performance coaches can help you reach your full potential.
The workouts and exercises selection include football specific strength movements, plyometrics and callisthenics, with added suggestions of cardio and flexibility sessions for overall improvements.
My background as a player who came through the academy system, before working for a professional football club for a number of years, lead me to launch PlayerScout™. Our main aim is to help bridge the gap between the amateur and professional game. My goal is to help players reach their full potential and enable talented players to get the best chance of playing at a professional level.
