The pre-season program is a 10 week football specific fitness plan, which guides you through this vital phase as you prepare for the new season. This program works in partnership with your team training to improve your overall athleticism and drastically reduce the chances of injury throughout the season.
I will personally work with you throughout the program, offering support, guidance, advice and accountability to ensure you get the most out of this program. We have designed this pre season schedule to take the guesswork and thinking out of your pre season, so you just have to login into the app, and complete your workout for the day, its that simple!
We have two different pre season plans available for players with different training experience and equipment access. However both programs cover all of the elements needed to ensure you start the season in better physical and mental shape than your team mates and competition. And the best thing is that you can follow along using our industry leading mobile app, where you can track every workout easily, watch exercise video demos, direct message myself and talk to other players in the training community group.
With either gym/at home and field based workout, we cover all of the fitness aspects needed to get you ready for the new season, including specific rest and recovery to allow for maximum adaptation from training.
My background as a player who came through the academy system, before working for a professional football club for a number of years, lead me to launch PlayerScout™ to help bridge the gap between the amateur and professional game. My goal is to help players reach their full potential and enable talented players to get the best chance of playing at a professional level.
