All of our team work wherever they choose with the only restriction being the need for reliable internet access to log on and work. We work across timezones and countries using Asana and Microsoft teams to manage our workloads and collaborate, by talking, messaging, and sharing workspaces.
This allows us the independence to work on a schedule that fits our lives, with full ownership and autonomy.

CURRENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE
Do you have knowledge and experience writing for football or sport? (ideally football strength and conditioning) And do you have the ability to create compelling copy that is easy to understand? Then we want to hear from you!
We are looking for a talented copywriter with 2yrs+ experience to join our growing team on a freelance part time basis.
The role will work closely with the founder to deliver a host of project led football training topics from nutrition to strength and agility, to psychology of football. Knowledge of writing in the sports and health sector is a must for this position.
We will be publishing the content on our main channel which is home to over 1 million readers, and the ability to keep your tone of voice and audience in mind is essential to this role.
In most cases the research has already been compiled and your job will be to bring the information to life in an easy to read format on brand. If you can work to brief and have a relatable writing style then you could be the person we are looking for.

We are looking for a super talented social media manager with 2yrs+ experience to join our growing team on a full time or part time basis (whichever works for your work life balance).
The role will work closely with the founder and Marketing Director to deliver a host of campaign led content and create the social calendar, as well as managing the day to day of all social accounts.
Experience of making viral content and writing for social is a must for this position.
PlayerScout operate one of the top football strength and conditioning accounts in Instagram and are looking to scale further and need a dedicated well researched social manager with the ability to spot trends before they happen.
If you can work to schedule and have an eye for detail and proofing, along with the ability to be creative, then you could be the person we are looking for.

We are looking for a talented videographer with 2yrs+ experience to join our growing team on a freelance part time basis.
The role will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop on brand video content which is already prerecorded and needs your touch! Editing lighting and ability to add special effects is a must.
We will be publishing the content on our main channels online: website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTUBE.
We prefer that you edit in Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects so that files can be shared across our team if needs be.
If you can work to brief and have a host of impressive after effects skills in your bag, then you could be the person we are looking for.
